At Barnett Home Decor, we want you to love your new cushions and home accessories as much as we do. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy on all standard items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team via email or our online portal with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unused items back into their original packaging to ensure they are protected from dirt or damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
